Payment options
Payments must be made in Swiss francs.
The accepted payment methods are credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Postfinance) TWINT and Paypal, the debit takes place at the time of the order.
Complaints
If products are delivered with visible damage to the packaging or content, the customer must immediately notify the delivery person and refuse receipt. The customer must receive a damage confirmation notice from the delivery person. All transport damage must be reported immediately to hello@needleandhaybooks.com
In the event of faults or discrepancies concerning the order, please notify hello@needleandhaybooks.com as soon as possible. Needle & Hay is not liable for damage incurred during transport and reserves the right to require proof of the defect.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
