Our return policy lasts for 30 days, beyond this period, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
For a return to be eligible, the item should remain unused and in its original condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.
To process your return, we need a valid proof of purchase. Returns can be sent to Chemin de Dessous Saint Loup 3, Versoix Switzerland.
Returns are not accepted in the case of subscription boxes containing a book that is already owned by the client.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items and subscription boxes cannot be refunded. In the case of damaged products in an ongoing subscription, a replacement box will be offered.
Replacements and Exchanges
